PRINTABLE FLYER

Dear Saints & Sinners Club Member:

The Gabriel Project benefits families and single mothers without adequate financial resources to meet the tangible needs of a new baby. They provide such items as safe cribs, secure car seats, diapers, formula, clothing, and hygiene products at no or low cost to the client.

Please help celebrate the Circus Saints & Sinners 84th year by enjoying an evening out at the Wheeling Country Club.  Our goal is to sell at least 250 tickets.  The last ticket drawn at the event will be for the Grand Prize of $5,000.  We have already pledged to the Gabriel Project a donation of $10,000

Take a few moments today to return the ticket stubs with your check made payable to Circus Saints & Sinners to Doug Pell, 2001 Main Street, Wheeling, WV 26003.  If each club member purchases or sells the tickets they have been allocated, we will reach the GOAL of helping mothers in our community provide for their newborns.  It will take the support and generosity of all of us to be successful in sharing in this vision.

Three sponsorship options are available for this years’ event.  Arch Angel Sponsor:  for $1,000 you or your business will receive:  8 raffle and dinner tickets valued at $80 each (8 chances to win grand prize); Name of individual or business recognition throughout the evening. Guardian Angel Sponsor:  for $500 you will receive:  4 raffle and dinner tickets valued at $80 each (4 chances to win grand prize); Name of individual or business recognition throughout the evening. Saints Sponsor: for $100 you will receive: Name of individual or business recognition throughout the evening.

On behalf of your Raffle Committee, I would like to thank you for your continued support of this worthwhile event.  Should you require additional sponsorship information, tickets or have any questions, please call me at (304) 232-2001 or send an e-mail to dpell@mymainstreetbank.com.
